About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will support our franchise network across the Czech and Slovak markets (with occasional support for Hungary).

In this role, you will act as a key link between franchise partners and the marketing team, ensuring marketing campaigns, promotional materials and point-of-sale communication are delivered accurately, on time and in line with the Invia brand.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with initial marketing experience who enjoys coordination, communication and turning ideas into execution.

What You'll Do

• Support franchise partners with day-to-day marketing activities and communication.
• Coordinate offline marketing campaigns and ensure consistent brand communication across franchise branches.
• Manage marketing materials and support POS branding activities.
• Maintain Google Business, Seznam and social media profiles for franchise partners.
• Cooperate with external vendors and suppliers.
• Assist with local marketing events and employer branding initiatives when needed.
• Monitor campaign execution and provide ongoing support to franchise partners.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in a marketing, trade marketing, communications or coordination role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Good eye for visual communication and marketing materials.
• Fluent Czech and communicative English.
• Full-time availability.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the region.

Nice to Have

• Educational background in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Experience with Canva, Creatopy, Jira or Confluence.
• Category B driving licence and confidence driving independently
