Strategic Cost Management Specialist

We are looking for a colleague who will:

• analyze the automotive business environment and cost factors across EU regions,
• develop and maintain a regional cost database and monitor European automotive trends,
• improve product profitability throughout the product life cycle and manage pricing and costs,
• cooperate with suppliers, lead negotiations, and resolve cost and pricing topics,
• perform cost analysis (material, labor, overhead, logistics, R&D) using engineering and technical knowledge,

What would an ideal candidate look like?

• is a university graduate with an interest in gaining new experience (university degree is really a requirement),
• has intermediate knowledge of MS Office - especially Excel and PowerPoint 🖥️,
• fluent in English,
• has advanced level of Czech language,
• is willing to learn new things and won't be easily intimidated by the amount of new information,
• has a driver's license and ideally is also an active driver 🚗,
• has no problem going on business trips within the Czech Republic and abroad.
