Regional Maintenance Planner (Regionální plánovač údržby)

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Planning Specialist to join our Maintenance Shared Support Hub and support breweries across the Central Europe cluster, with a primary focus on Czech breweries.

• Coordinate the implementation and standartisation of maintenance processes and systems across breweries
• Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement of maintenance processes based on TPM principles and best practices
• Support long-term maintenance planning and lifecycle optimisation in cooperation with Reliability Engineers
• Align mid- and long-term overhaul plans across OpCos and production planning teams
• Coordinate maintenance shutdown and overhaul planning with S&OP and production teams
• Support alignment of OEM and supplier resources across sites
• Ensure proper data management in CMMS and other maintenance systems (e.g. BCS, O2I)
• Support Maintenance Planners in delivering OTIF performance
• Provide governance, reporting, and KPI control for maintenance performance
• Collaborate on HACS development, review, and change control
• Technical education (engineering or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling
• English proficiency: intermediate / advanced

• Experience in highly automated FMCG or manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of modern maintenance systems, EAM, SAP PM, Maximo or other
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in complex and ambiguous environments
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and challenging the status quo
• English at intermediate/advanced level; Czech/Slovak language advantage
• Safety qualification is an advantage
