Czech Junior Payroll Specialist - Paid training provided!

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payrolls for ADP's clients. No payroll experience? No problem! We will provide all the training and support you need to succeed in the role.

What exactly will you be doing?

• Reviewing and processing clients' payroll records (current employees, new hires, terminations, leaves of absence, salary changes, transfers, etc.)
• Ensuring that all payroll, accounting, and auxiliary system requirements are met (e.g., tax filings, banking requirements, wage garnishments, benefits administration, and stock and pension record-keeping)
• Following established service level agreements and payroll processing deadlines
• Running reports, analyzing data, and determining necessary corrective actions
• Effectively applying client payroll policies and procedures
• Maintaining payroll systems and documentation in an accurate and up-to-date manner
• Serving as the main point of contact for clients' payroll, accounting, and human resources departments

Qualifications Required:

• Advanced Czech and English language skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong written and verbal client service skills
• Ability to analyze problems and resolve issues through effective customer interaction and communication
• Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
• Proven ability to effectively manage client relationships and meet client expectations
• Payroll or accounting experience is an advantage
