Logistics & Procurement Coordinator

For our client, an international company operating across the EMEA region, we are looking for a Logistics a Procurement Coordinator to join their team in Prague. This position is an opportunity for a logistics or procurement professional who combines strong analytical and organizational skills with a good understanding of transportation, supply chain processes, and supplier management.

• Support procurement and logistics activities across the EMEA region
• Coordinate transportation and supply chain-related processes
• Communicate with suppliers and support vendor management activities
• Participate in supplier and service provider negotiations
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports for business stakeholders
• Maintain accurate documentation and administration of logistics and procurement processes
• Cooperate with colleagues and stakeholders across different countries and departments
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a related field
• Understanding of logistics and transportation processes
• Experience in supplier communication and procurement activities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
• Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Professional level of English for daily communication across the EMEA region
