Lead Management, Senior - English & another EU language

Job DescriptionIn this position you will drive revenue growth by acting as the primary point of contact for our EMEA customers. You will use your language skills and sales focus to qualify high-value opportunities and deliver them directly to our sales teams and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails to identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Perform campaign follow-ups to verify data and generate pipeline.
• Provide pre-sale support and expert product knowledge to customers.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in customer support, marketing, or sales.
• Multilingual fluency (English and other European language).
• Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven, "action-oriented" mindset.
