Junior Workplace Technology & Service Management Specialist

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Provide first- and second-line support for Windows devices, Microsoft 365, Teams, printers and workplace applications.
• Prepare, configure and maintain laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
• Support employee onboarding, role changes and offboarding activities.
• Manage support tickets, communicate with users and escalate complex issues when required.
• Assist with software deployment, patching, device compliance and endpoint management through Microsoft Intune.
• Maintain IT asset records, equipment inventory, documentation and user guides.
• Support meeting room technology, office connectivity and remote working tools.
• Follow IT security, change management and service management procedures.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute ideas for improving workplace technology services.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and computer hardware.
• Strong interest in IT support, endpoint management and modern workplace technologies.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues methodically and document work clearly.
• Reliable, organized and eager to learn.
• Previous helpdesk, internship or technical support experience is an advantage.
• Microsoft or other relevant IT certifications are beneficial but not required.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); fluency in Czech language is a plus.
