Credit Management Supervisor - Financial Services

Our Client is a medium sized Financial Services firm focused on the consumer segment, part of an Intl Group & leader within the CE region. It is well established in Czechia with a friendly team atmosphere. Your task will be to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the collections & late payments section for its Czechia operations.

Note; this role can be suitable for a person with 4-5yrs of experience / with potential to lead your own team. Czech / Slovak native level speaker + English is needed.

Key tasks >>>Manage the team and its performance based on data analysisOrganize and coordinate enforcement processesEnsure cooperation with lawyers, executors and external agenciesSupervise quality, efficiency and compliance with set proceduresWork with data, report results and identify deviationsImplement strategy and changes defined by managementOptimize processes within your scopeActively manage the performance of the department & external partners (KPI, SLA, quality)Your profile / role expectations >>>Experience in collections or credit mgmt - AR credit mgmt (B2C or B2B)Some orientation in Czech legislation (execution, insolvency, legal proceedings)Ability to manage external partners and maintain their performanceData-driven approachGood leadership skills (lead, coach & manage a team)Be a communicative leader / motivate your teamBe consistent with your effortsYou are well organized (in running a team)Drive for results
