• Preparing meals for the banquet / à la carte kitchen according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Assisting in delivering high-quality food service for hotel guests, conferences, banquets, and catering events.
• Checking the quality of ingredients and ensuring compliance with cooking procedures.
• Following hygiene and food safety regulations, including HACCP standards.
• Working closely with other members of the kitchen team.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.
• A qualified Cook with previous experience in the field.
• Someone who is passionate about gastronomy and eager to develop their culinary skills.
• A reliable, independent, and responsible team player.
• Previous experience in a hotel kitchen is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• A valid work permit for the Czech Republic is required. We will take care of the Employee Card transfer process.
