Commercial Administrator -MWM- Engine Overhaul - Refurbished Engines

For our Global X-Change organization, we are looking for a structured, detail‑oriented, and proactive LSX Commercial Administration Specialist to join our growing team in Brno. In this role, you will ensure smooth administrative, financial, and operational processes essential for daily business. You will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and support technicians and service operations worldwide.

• Parts management and coordination of production orders
• Budget‑related and order‑related procurement handling
• Cost evaluation using Microsoft tools (Excel/Power BI etc.)
• Maintaining master data for customers (debitors) and suppliers (creditors)
• Processing customer orders and issuing invoices
• Preparing presentations and supporting topic‑specific tasks
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Solid German communication skills for everyday interaction with German‑speaking employees (fluency not required — conversational level is enough if you're willing to improve)
• Knowledge of SAP R/3 — or a strong willingness to learn
• Good English skills (spoken and written)
• Relevant experience in administrative or commercial roles
• Very good command of MS Office
• Professional, customer-oriented communication style
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
